Position Summary

The Business Integration Testing Lead Analyst plays a critical role within Individual Dental Operations by leading user acceptance testing (UAT), integration testing, and operational readiness activities that support strategic business initiatives. This role ensures vendor and matrix partner solutions function as intended, translates operational assessments into measurable business outcomes, and drives process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness, quality, and customer experience. The position partners closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support successful implementations, annual go-to-market readiness efforts, and ongoing operational excellence initiatives.

Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, execution, and validation of user acceptance testing scripts to ensure vendor solutions meet established acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate testing activities supporting strategic business and government-related initiatives, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regression and integration testing for dental vendor partners and communicate outcomes, recommendations, and findings to business stakeholders and Product Owners.
  • Analyze operational processes and performance data to identify opportunities for increased productivity, reduced costs, and improved business outcomes.
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures, process documentation, and supporting communications to drive continuous process improvement.
  • Support annual go-to-market readiness activities, ensuring testing, operational preparedness, and stakeholder alignment are achieved.
  • Manage testing workloads, prioritize deliverables, and develop action plans to meet project timelines and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive successful implementations and improve the customer experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in defect identification, root-cause analysis, test execution, and communication of testing results and recommendations.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience supporting Individual & Family Plans (IFP) operations preferred.
  • Healthcare operations background in benefits, eligibility, claims, or related disciplines preferred.

Success in this role is demonstrated through accurate and timely testing execution, effective management of implementation risks, successful vendor integrations, continuous process improvements, operational readiness for key business initiatives, and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams that drives positive customer and business outcomes.
