About the Role

Lead Agent Engineer, Operations Excellence Enablement

Job Summary

This role is both a hands-on builder and solution designer, responsible for delivering automation, agent, and AI-enabled solutions end-to-end. This role works directly with business partners to understand problems, outcomes, and constraints, then applies deep expertise across low-code platforms, engineering concepts, and AI technologies to determine and build the right solution for the problem.

This role brings broad and deep knowledge of the enterprise automation and agent ecosystem and uses that expertise to design, build, and deliver solutions that are practical, scalable, and outcome-driven. While strategic in approach, this role is firmly execution-oriented and accountable for solutions being delivered into production and driving real operational impact.
