Key Responsibilities

Branch Leadership & People Development
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of designated branch locations, ensuring every team member is equipped to deliver the CSI360™ experience.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor Member Services Representatives (MSRs) and branch support staff to achieve individual and team goals rooted in the CSI360™ service model.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins, branch meetings, and performance reviews to drive accountability and growth.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and member-focused culture that reflects CSI's values and brings the CSI360™ promise to life at the branch level.
  • Partner with the Director of Member Advisory Services on talent development plans, succession planning, and ongoing skills training aligned to CSI360™ delivery standards.

Financial Advisory & Tax Services
  • Deliver holistic financial advice through the CSI360™ framework, guiding members across retirement planning, investment management, tax strategy, and estate planning in a fully integrated experience.
  • Lead branch-level tax preparation and planning services as a core pillar of the CSI360™ offering, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proactive member strategies.
  • Maintain strong technical expertise in financial products, tax law, investment advisory regulations, estate planning, and compliance requirements, serving as the branch subject matter expert for CSI360™ delivery.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex member needs, resolving challenges with the professionalism and care that defines the CSI360™ member experience.

Member Experience & Relationship Management
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with members, serving as their trusted CSI360™ advisor and guiding them through every stage of their financial journey.
  • Ensure every member interaction is consistent, personalized, and aligned with the CSI360™ promise of confidence, service, and integrity.
  • Monitor and act on member feedback, service scores, and engagement metrics to continuously strengthen CSI360™ delivery and overall member satisfaction.
  • Champion a member-first mindset across the branch, reinforcing that CSI360™ is not a transaction, it is a relationship.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Member Advisory Operations, Financial Operations, and corporate teams to align branch initiatives with the CSI360™ strategy and companywide priorities.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that enhance the consistency and quality of the CSI360™ experience.
  • Actively participate in firmwide programs, campaigns, and events that support member growth and reinforce the CSI360™ brand.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure all CSI360™ service delivery adheres to regulations, policies, and ethical standards.

Business Growth & Community Engagement
  • Drive branch performance by meeting or exceeding advisory, tax, and member service KPIs tied to CSI360™ outcomes.
  • Support new member acquisition through referrals, networking, and community engagement that introduces prospective members to the CSI360™ difference.
  • Identify and act on every opportunity to deepen member relationships by connecting them with the full CSI360™ suite of financial planning, tax, and estate planning solutions.
  • Represent CSI Group and the CSI360™ brand in community partnerships and professional organizations, building local awareness and trust.
