Job Description Summary:
Lead – Advanced Analytics (Broadband Acquisition)

Our team uses advanced analytics and strategic thought leadership to help deliver short-term and long-term priorities. Responsibilities include supporting new and ongoing sales, retention, and convergence initiatives and providing insights to help form, optimize, and evolve customer lifecycle strategy.
As a Lead, you will be responsible for performing program-level analytics for offers, promotions, pricing, product trials & launches, and development of insights across sales channels at a national and local market level. You will work closely with key partners to perform root-cause, statistical, and other data-analysis techniques to collect and explore data, uncover trends, and deliver business insight and recommendations that create immediate value.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Expected to lead large, complex, cross-functional analytics projects that may span across multiple business units and analytics teams
Gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of data to evaluate performance and make predictions on future outcomes
Advise business partners and leadership with regards to patterns, relationships, and trends to make recommendations and align business direction
Develop and automate visualization as well as create executive material in support of findings
Tell the story about what is happening and why – the role focuses on insights and what they mean to the business rather than rote reporting
Qualifications:
Experience in sales analytics, customers insights, research methods, structured analysis, sampling techniques
Deep technical knowledge (SQL coding experience) and analytical skills to interpret data results (Power BI/Tableau experience)
Strong Excel skills are required, along with experience managing large, complex data sets
Experience in presentation design, development, delivery, and communication skills to present analytical results and recommendations
Ability to effectively manage and balance priorities for long-term projects and short-term ad-hoc requests
Strong understanding of internal business segments and stakeholders
Strong financial acumen
Prior experience in broadband and/or the communications industry is preferred
