Must-Have Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with: ITSM and platform process architecture
• ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
• CMDB design, maintenance, and remediation
• CSDM (Common Service Data Model) implementation
• Integration with third-party systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Deep understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB)
• Experience with modules like ITOM, ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, Service Portal, and Scoped Applications
• Proficiency in scripting (AJAX, Jelly, or PERL)

Primary Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM domains
• Lead technical design sessions and create architecture, design, and user guide documentation
• Collaborate with Process Architects, Business Analysts, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and cloud platforms
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and implementation teams
• Support iterative configuration of HRSD and other modules using Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Deliver client-facing consulting services and contribute to proposal development and presentations

Soft Skills & Delivery Expectations

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead technical assessments and ensure architectural fitment
• Expected to meet utilization and delivery goals through hands-on execution

Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow - IT Service Management.

Experience: 8-10 Years.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
