WSP is currently initiating a search for a Lead AdministrativeProject Coordinator for our Tacoma, WA office. Be involved in projects with our Transportation and Infrastructure Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our clients' objectives and helps solve their challenges.

Your Impact
  • Support executive-level staff by providing day-to-day support and project assistance.
  • Prepare and edit project-related reports and analysis, correspondence and communications including letters, memos and reports, potentially including confidential information.
  • Create presentations, arrange meetings, take meeting minutes, schedule appointments, maintain executives calendars and other office calendars, edit correspondence, and perform other related duties.
  • Take responsibility for planning, scheduling, and coordinating team activities in order to effectively and efficiently complete the tasks at hand.
  • Maintain databases and archive all relevant documents, reporting and data requirements, and change requests and approvals.
  • Present data in an easily digestible and appropriate format.
  • Prepare all relevant documentation for meetings and facilitate meetings when necessary.
  • Assists with document controls.
  • Work directly with project teams.
  • Solve problems and identify opportunities for process improvements to meet evolving business needs.
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required by business.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience including 3 years of experience with business process improvement, data analysis, change management, or planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented with a commitment to achieving a high level of accuracy.
  • Self-starter capable of taking on tasks with little direction or supervision.
  • Must possess a very high level of professionalism and positive attitude when interacting with clients, subcontractors, managers, colleagues and senior leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
  • A strong team player with excellent collaborative skills, the ability to work across multiple departments, and manage conflict.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and Acrobat Pro DC.
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or other relevant discipline.
  • Experience with process mapping, presentations, reporting, gap analysis, risk analysis, and development of data analysis tools.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $31.11/hr - $47/hr

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
