Full Job Description
THE ROLE

Using discretion and judgment, provides consistent, high-level administrative support to assigned members of the GIT (Global Information Technology) group in a value-added manner. Serves as a proactive administrative partner who understands leadership priorities, anticipates needs, and helps ensure smooth, efficient team operations with minimal supervision.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Partners with assigned GIT leaders and team members to perform a variety of specialized administrative duties, which may be complex in nature.
• Provides extensive calendar support and meeting coordination, including managing complex and dynamic schedules, resolving conflicts, prioritizing competing demands, coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and tracking follow-up items.
• Develops a strong understanding of department needs, priorities, and team processes; proactively anticipates needs and uses sound judgment to help keep priorities and commitments moving forward.
• Builds strong working relationships with the GIT team, administrative colleagues, and other stakeholders across the firm to facilitate coordination and effective execution.
• Understands and masters relevant department systems, tools, and processes to support smooth and efficient operations.
• Gathers and organizes information for reports, presentations, meetings, and project-related materials; helps track key deadlines, commitments, and action items.
• Coordinates travel, conferences, meetings, team events, and related logistics; processes expense requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborates with administrative colleagues and GIT team members to support administrative procedures and specialized duties. Handles sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and judgment.
• Ensures internal and external communications, documents, and materials are accurate, organized, and error free.
• Adapts effectively to changing priorities and consistently looks for ways to improve processes and procedures to support efficiency across the GIT group.
• Performs additional responsibilities as requested.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum three years of progressively responsible administrative assistant experience; experience supporting senior leaders in a complex corporate technology, operations, or project teams preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and video conferencing technology, and department-specific systems; strong aptitude for learning new productivity and AI-enabled tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and use discretion and sound judgment.
• Flexible, proactive, detail-oriented, and team focused.
• Experience with complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel and expense management, and video conferencing technology.

Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000

At MFS, we believe in fair and transparent compensation. For that reason, we're including the salary range for this position. This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education. In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensation based on both individual and company performance. Other components of our Total Rewards Package include:
