Full Job Description
LEA Lead Technician who will manage day-to-day operations, and serve as the main point of contact for our Oregon clients. They will work directly with the CEO and the Corporate Operations Manager on the ground in Oregon.

We're looking for a highly independent LEA, EL06 technician, with strong leadership and communication skills, a strong work ethic, high integrity, who is ready to run an office.
The Job
Manage day-to-day operations for the Oregon office, including scheduling, project execution, and quality control. Collaborate with leadership to grow the Oregon team, including hiring, onboarding, and training. Manage and develop technicians and field staff, including performance management. Serve as the primary point of contact for Oregon clients, including conversations relating to sales opportunities. Work directly with the CEO and Corporate Operations Manager on daily operations in Oregon. Ensure all work performed meets Oregon licensing, code, and safety requirements. Establish processes and systems to support the office as it grows.What You Bring
An active Oregon low voltage license (LEA/EL06) is required. NICET-II certification is preferred but not required. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the fire life safety and security industry, and a demonstrated ability to manage a team.

$48-58 per hour depending on experience
