Position Summary:The Clinical Director will provide evidence-based services in the areas of behavioral assessment, intervention, and treatment, for individuals who have special needs. The Clinical Director performs duties in a variety of environments (school, office, and home) within the framework of SEEK Arizona's goals, policies, and procedures. The Clinical Director is responsible for supervision of Behavior Technicians, Behavior Analysis Trainees, and Clinical Supervisors.
Supervision and Training Responsibilities:- Provides supervision to BTs and RBTs
- Serves as RBT Requirements Coordinator
- Provides supervision to Behavior Analysis Trainees
- Provides supervision to Clinical Supervisors
- Train newly hired Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Clinical Supervisors (CSs), and Behavior Analysis (BA) Trainees in accordance with approved industry standards.
- Provide support with on-site orientation for clinical staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with BTs, RBTs, CSs and BA Trainees.
- Provide individual and group supervision for Behavior Analysis Trainees.
- Conduct behavioral intervention training for providers, parents, schools and other stakeholders
- Provide direct supervision of ABA providers to ensure proper interaction in accordance with identified client goals.
- Manage on-site clinical ABA staff.
- Conduct BT and RBT interviews, as needed.
Clinical Responsibilities:- Provide clinical direction, supervision, and guidance services on assigned cases
- Support Licensed Behavior Analyst in conducting assessments
- Collaborate with Licensed Behavior Analyst on caseload management activities, including writing programs, monitoring client progress, and providing direction to Behavior Technicians
- Develop assessment/progress reports and treatment plans in collaboration with Licensed Behavior Analyst
- Conduct caregiver guidance sessions and monitor caregiver participation and progress
- Complete, on average, 16 billable hours per week, including client direction and caregiver guidance sessions
- Implement fundamental knowledge of principles of applied behavioral analysis (ABA) and related methods of assessment such as functional behavior assessments or functional analysis
- Submit clinical documentation according to established deadlines
- Communicate effectively, professionally, and proactively
- Adhered professional ethics in the care of others
- Participate in the support of clinic operations, as assigned (e.g., opening/closing, support of client check in/out, organization)
- Coordinate with the Director of Clinical Services to maintain highest clinical quality.

Education/Experience:- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- AZ Licensed Behavior Analyst
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst

- Standing or bending over repeatedly throughout the day
- Must work well in noisy and crowded environments
- Independent mobility to move about the clinic throughout the day.
