DescriptionYou will be responsible for managing, and coordinating local, state, and federal government relationships, in direct support of our dedicated launch complex at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. You will interface with our government partners for new development and construction as well as ground test operations and orbital launch campaigns. As part of a small, well-supported team, you will have access to the resources you need to get the job done right while simultaneously boosting your skills at a pace that can't be matched in most other roles. You must be ready to stay focused, move fast, self-direct, and learn on the fly.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain government relationships and coordinate with local, state, and federal government entities, including SLD 45, SLD 30, NASA, FAA, Coast Guard and supporting organizations.
- Manage Range documentation, reviews, and submittals in accordance with SSCMAN 91-710 and other applicable Range requirements.
- Manage Range reviews, approvals, and permitting for design, new construction, CONOPS, and hazardous operations in accordance with Range policy.
- Provide on-console support for test, launch, and recovery operations coordinating with Range personnel and government stakeholders to ensure safe and compliant execution
- Develop, manage and track budgets with government entities.
- Represent Stoke at government reviews, technical meetings, working groups and other stakeholder engagements.
Must-Have Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years' experience in related role performing range coordination, range operations, launch vehicle processing, and/or ground operations within a launch or aerospace program or similar high-performance application (oil & gas, heavy equipment, energy systems, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and execute
- Willing to relocate to the Cape Canaveral, FL area
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station or Vandenberg Space Force Base
- Previous Military Service
- Familiarity and understanding of SSCMAN 91-710 requirements

CompensationTarget Levels:
- Level 2 Range: $110,985 - $150,150
- Level 3 Range: $130,620 - $195,825
