Launch - Operations Track

Operations is the function that keeps Belden's promises to its customers. Spanning global manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, and logistics, this team ensures that products are delivered on time, at cost, and to the highest standards.

The Operations track of Launch offers potential rotations such as Supply Chain Analyst, Continuous Improvement Engineer, Strategic Sourcing Specialist, Process Engineer, Supply Demand Analyst with opportunity to work in locations including but not limited to Carmel, IN; Richmond, IN; Tucson, AZ; Carson, CA.

Successful Launch - Operations candidates will offer:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field of study completed within the past two years or anticipated graduation date no later than June 2027
  • Related project or work experience in supply chain operations, cross-functional collaboration, manufacturing processes/process engineering, with exposure to data analytics, Lean Methodologies, Six Sigma, and/or structured problem solving
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • High learning agility and intellectual curiosity along with initiative, accountability, and a bias for action
  • Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments, authorization to work in the country of employment

Applicants can expect a compensation range of $73,000-$94,000 and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
