Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience without a degree.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to gather and interpret technical and programmatic data.
• Experience in detailed calculations and mathematical modeling for cost estimates.
• Ability to identify and quantify costs, including production time and materials.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and hold a TS/SCI clearance with CI poly.

Responsibilities

• Perform diverse cost and economic analyses to support launch vehicle programs.
• Assist in the development and delivery of management-level briefings.
• Interface with government project offices to ensure alignment on cost analysis efforts.
• Develop various types of cost estimates to inform decision-making.
• Evaluate impacts of budget excursions and develop mitigation strategies.
