Reporting to the Lateral Attorney Recruiting Manager, this position will reside in the Boston office and will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding of lateral associate and of counsel hires across all US offices and assisting the local Boston Attorney Recruiting team with tasks throughout the recruiting process and summer associate program.
A hybrid in-office/remote work opportunity is available for this position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Onboarding Responsibilities - Coordinate all aspects of new hire onboarding for lateral non-partner lawyers across all US offices.
- Collaborate with firm administrative departments to ensure seamless and efficient onboarding and orientation processes.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain all onboarding materials and related documentation for new hires.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming hires by answering onboarding related questions and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the Lateral Attorney Recruiting Manager in the development and execution of onboarding related initiatives and tasks.
- Support the attorney recruiting team across all US offices in individualized onboarding needs for new hires.
- Collect, track, and report on new hire data as needed.
Recruiting Responsibilities- Provide ongoing support to the local Boston team with various initiatives and operational needs.
- Assist local team with coordination of the summer program (including training programs, orientation, assignments, evaluations, events, etc.).
- Coordinate and attend summer associate and law school recruiting events as appropriate.
- Provide support for fall associates by attending local orientation and assisting with office preparations.
- Assist with the law student interview process, including but not limited to scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, greeting recruits, and collecting interviewer feedback.
- Support lateral recruiting team on lateral requisitions as needed.
- Update and maintain records related to law student recruiting.
- Pull candidate applications and hiring materials as requested.
Experience/QualificationsThis job requires:
- A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, and;
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience, ideally in a corporate or law firm setting. The equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

For positions in Boston, MA, the salary range for this job posting is: $62,000.00 - $99,200.00.
The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
