Oakridge is seeking an experienced Residential Landscape Superintendent to lead high-quality landscape construction and maintenance projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can coordinate crews, manage schedules, maintain client relationships, and ensure every property is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of workmanship.Job Title: Residential Landscape Superintendent.

Compensation:- $80,000 to 90,000 Annually.

Key Responsibilities:- Plan labour, materials, equipment, and schedules to keep projects on track.
- Monitor quality control and ensure finished work meets company standards and client expectations.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and management.
- Track job progress, materials, equipment needs, and daily site activity.
- Identify and resolve job-site issues quickly while maintaining a professional, solutions-focused approach.
Qualifications:- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential landscaping, landscape construction, or grounds maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, horticulture, plant care, grading, hardscape installation, and seasonal property maintenance.
- Ability to lead crews, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
