About the Role

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Real Estate team, with a focus on Land Use and Development. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact transactions alongside a well-established group serving a diverse client base.
What You'll Do
  • Draft and negotiate a broad range of real estate and development documents, including:
    • Purchase and Sale Agreements (land and lot)
    • Loan documents
    • Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs)
    • Easements and development agreements
    • Construction contracts and cost-sharing agreements
  • Partner with clients to support commercial and residential development projects across the Carolinas
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across multiple offices
What We're Looking For
  • At least 7 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on land use and development
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills across complex transactional matters
