An exciting opportunity is available for a Land Development Project Manager to join a growing, highly collaborative team delivering impactful site development and urban redevelopment projects throughout the Baltimore-Washington region.

This is a key leadership role where you'll take ownership of projects, mentor talented teams, and build strong client relationships-while driving projects that directly influence how communities grow and thrive.
The Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you'll lead civil/site development projects from concept through construction, working across both public and private sector clients. You'll have the autonomy to guide projects, the support of a strong multidisciplinary team, and the opportunity to make a visible impact in a dynamic and fast-growing market.
What You'll Do
