Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, Housing and Urban Development, or Construction Management.
• Prior project management experience in land development.
• Supervisory experience leading teams in related fields.
• Excellent skills in budgeting, scheduling, and project management.
• Strong understanding of the land development process and related engineering disciplines.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in reading various maps and engineering plans.

Responsibilities

• Achieve planning and engineering approvals on schedule for various project components.
• Develop conceptual plans responsive to market needs and flexibility requirements.
• Produce financial evaluations for all plan alternatives.
• Initiate and manage planning schedules for land development projects.
• Oversee consultants to ensure timely project deliverables.
• Optimize earthwork strategies to reduce cost.
• Participate in acquisitions and due diligence activities.
