Salary Range: $180K - $201K
Minimum Requirements- Minimum of 15 years of recent capital construction scheduling experience.
- BS/BA Degree in Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Construction Management. An additional 4 years qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education.
- Advanced proficiency in specified software including, but not limited to, Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Office Applications including Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
- Strong understanding of cost engineering, scheduling best practices, and schedule forensics.
- Good Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to foster collaboration across diverse project teams.
Preferred Qualifications: - AACE Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
