Summary: Seeking an experienced LabWare LIMS Configuration Specialist to support a LabWare 8 implementation in a GMP laboratory environment. The role will focus on configuration of raw material, commercial product, stability, and instrument integration workflows, along with support for validation activities.
Responsibilities: - Configure LabWare LIMS 8 objects, workflows, master data, specifications, and test templates.
- Support implementation of raw material, commercial product, and stability workflows.
- Configure and support laboratory equipment and system interfaces.
- Translate business, laboratory, and quality requirements into compliant LabWare configurations.
- Support requirements traceability, testing, validation, and change control activities.
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
- Work with Quality, Validation, IT, and laboratory teams to support successful deployment and operation of LabWare.
Required Qualifications: - Hands-on experience configuring LabWare LIMS (LabWare 8 preferred).
- Experience in GMP-regulated laboratory environments.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Raw material testing
- Commercial product testing
- Stability programs
- Laboratory equipment integration
- Experience supporting LIMS validation and testing activities.
- Experience with laboratory systems such as LabX, Empower, or similar platforms.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting LabWare8 upgrades or LIMS implementations..
- Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.
- Familiarity with GMP change control and validation processes.

- Successful support of validation and testing activities.
- Stable execution of configured workflows in the laboratory environment.
- Successful integration of laboratory instruments and systems.
