Full Job Description
The Laboratory Support Services Manager is responsible for establishing and leading S&R, inventory management and Equipment Services to support manufacturing activities. This role ensures efficient operation of laboratory and facility infrastructure while enabling organizational growth, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. The Support Services Manager will also serve as a coordinator for other support functions managed by cross functional partners and vendors.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Establish and lead S&R, inventory management and Equipment Services functions within manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate facility, equipment installation / maintenance, EHS and waste management activities with cross-functional partners and external vendors.
• Support site readiness for ISO9001/13485 certification.
• Other duties as assigned.
The essential requirements of the job include:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in laboratory operations or related environments or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years direct people management.
• Experience managing S&R / inventory procedures.
• Experience managing laboratory equipment service contracts, vendors, and PM programs.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
• Ability to work in a laboratory/manufacturing environment, including standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb.
It would be a plus if you also possess:
• Hands on experience using SAP
• Experience operating in regulated environments

The annual salary range for this role is $105,000 - $120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
