Job Summary:

As our Labor Relations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering productive partnerships between the company and our represented workforce. You'll be a trusted advisor to leaders, a skilled negotiator at the bargaining table, and a collaborative problem-solver who helps create an environment built on respect, transparency, and shared success. What You Will Do:

You'll serve as Centrus Energy's primary liaison with union leadership, building positive labor-management relationships while ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and labor laws. You'll lead and support contract negotiations, manage grievances and arbitration matters, advise leaders on contract interpretation and employee relations issues, develop negotiation strategies, analyze labor trends and metrics, deliver training to managers, collaborate with Human Resources, Operations, and Legal, and help drive workplace solutions that support both our employees and business objectives.

We'd love to hear from People With:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible labor relations experience
  • Experience administering collective bargaining agreements within a unionized environment
  • Demonstrated experience participating in or leading collective bargaining negotiations
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a "Q" Clearance

A Successful Candidate Brings:
  • Master's degree or Juris Doctor (JD)
  • Experience managing grievances and arbitration proceedings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • The ability to build strong relationships and effectively partner with employees, leaders, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities
  • Currently possesses a "Q" or "L" clearance

Estimated starting Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000. This position is Bonus eligible. Centrus considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certifications, and geographic location. Actual compensation within this range will reflect these considerations.
