Responsible for Site auditing design/layout of CBS spaces, equipment and Infrastructure-Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Data (Photographs), to help with meeting the compliance, space governance and space planning initiatives, quality control of space usage. Translate and capture this info in Smartsheet, Google sheets / Lab infrastructure Database, AutoCAD, and Google slide presentations. During their site audits, the Lab DC gathers data for layout, finishes, dimensions, equipment and current use with photographs to update REWS data (Tririga and Floorscope) and support Lab Occupancy Planning, Moves/ Adds/ Changes, Project Closeouts, Engineering, Lab Infrastructure Database updates and Design Guidelines updates. Lab DCs create post-audit documents for all Labs and other Customized Business Support spaces as required within the client portfolio. Lab DCs perform floor walks of buildings to confirm existing Space use, when required.
Job Description- Capturing the data such as - equipment details, space plans, furniture, finishes, photographs including for Engineering team reference and storage in the labs
- Understand and collaborate with the Lab Planning team to identify aspects of various lab compliance, governance, and quality checks
- Establish and maintain relationships with Lab OP's to understand priority of Site audits
- Collaborate and maintain effective working relationships with Lab Managers, Lab Occupancy Planning, Lab Moves, Project Management, Engineering and other partner team members on all activities
- Coordinate with the Lab Managers/POCs for Lab Audit approvals prior lab audits, and inform WSMs and IFM RPMs of the audits
- Manage Lab access with the Security team to complete the Lab audits in time as required
- Provide updates to ensure data accuracy for space, occupancy and allocation for all labs
- Log all activities in trackers and other reporting tools as specified
- Collaborate in the assessment of lab infrastructure
- Understanding and capturing Infrastructure, and equipment knowledge and skills required
- Holds responsibility to ensure all current drawings and CAFM systems are maintained, and relevant space reports are generated on a regular basis
Requirements:- At least 4-5 years of experience in the design field or other auditing technical environments- such as Data centers, Hospitals, pharmaceutical and other FFE heavy environments. Familiarity with the construction industry terminology and process preferred. Experience within a corporate lab environment preferred (bonus points if at a tech company with lab space)
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in architecture, interior design or related discipline from an accredited institution or comparable work experience
- Experience working on large-scale campus and portfolio-wide planning projects preferred
- Experience with Google Workspace (desirable), AutoCAD, PlanGrid, CAFM, occupancy planning software, and space data management solutions
- Strong organization with proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform duties under deadline pressure in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Detail oriented and thorough with the ability to prioritize between important and most important tasks
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service proactively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Proven track record of working independently and also as a part of the team
Physical Requirements• Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of walking lab sites, and/or attending in person meetings and training
• Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
• Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and
computer displays.

Estimated compensation for this position:79,000.00 - 103,990.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
