About the Role
As a CBRE LIS/LTS Manager, you will manage a team responsible for performing daily solutions to ensure services are delivered in a safe, compliant, and timely manner. This role is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function, responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.
What You'll Do
Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruiting and hiring.
Coordinate and manage daily team activities, schedules, task assignments, and cross-training.
Ensure programs and procedures are properly performed.
Support development and administration of department budgets and review expenditures.
Review and update LIS and LTS equipment, maintenance, and calibration procedures.
Track and report quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction performance.
Manage contractor specifications, performance, and administration.
Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports.
Order and track inventory of spare parts and consumables.
Apply in-depth knowledge to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Coach others and share expertise across job disciplines.
Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
Impact customer, operational, project, and service activities across teams.
Work within broad guidelines and policies.
Explain difficult or sensitive information effectively.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
Experience with staffing, selection, training, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and retention preferred.
Ability to communicate sensitive and complex information and manage problems effectively.
Strong leadership skills with direct impact across multiple departments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training and experience. The compensation range is about $145,000 to $182,000 annual base salary based on experience. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications and experience.
