Job Title: L2 Support Engineer (REDIS SME)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Okay with Remote Onboarding)
Required Skills:- Strong RHEL implementation and administration skills
- Hands-on experience on Linux environments and virtualization/containerized environments and troubleshooting skillset in Linux environments .
- Experience in open-source Kafka and its components - zookeepers, Kafka connect, Kafka Control Server or ACTIVE MQ
OR - Strong Redis 6/5.4 and CRDB operational knowledge
- Working knowledge of caching frameworks and distributed caching algorithms
Desirable experience: - Ansible
- Proven diagnostic, troubleshooting, and service restoration skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to work with difficult customers in critical outage situations
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
