Full Job Description
Manage multiple technology projects, programs, and initiatives related to KPMG's Automation Center of Excellence (CoE). Make independent decisions related to required tasks and use judgment to regularly make decisions on high risk, strategic, and complex matters related to the Automation CoE. Apply authoritative command of automation and departmental processes to drive strategic initiatives and practice operations. Lead process analysis, workshops, and stakeholder interviews. Develop and execute a roadmap for automation, including vision, strategy, goals, staffing requirements, and training. Provide functional expertise and guidance to ensure consistency within the Automation CoE. Engage and educate firm leaders in re-imagining processes utilizing Robotic process automation (RPA) and automation technologies to create efficiency. Develop the cognitive computing and machine learning process and provide functional expertise and guidance to minimize errors. Support people management for multiple intermediate and/or junior level professionals, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum utilization of resources across the teams. Interact with firm leadership and senior management in support of operational functions, combining 'soft hands' executive presence, a strong and comprehensive command of relevant technical matters, and effective presentation skills.

WORKSCHEDULE : 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00a.m.-5:00 p.m.)

JOBREQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent inComputer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, ElectronicEngineering, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR aBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or a related field,and 7 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years ofexperience with the following: Artificial intelligence; Cognitive computing;Large-scale machine learning; Intelligent automation; RPA; Managing anddelivering technology projects; Leading operational transformation; Assessingbusiness metrics from an organizational and leadership perspective; Educatingand influencing stakeholders across an organization; Allocating resourcesacross multiple functions to execute technology initiatives; and Addressinggrowth opportunities related to technology services and determining how anorganization should be resourced to realize them.

Telecommuting may be permitted within commutabledistance from the office location, depending on business need.

Travel to various locations throughout the U.S. requiredup to 10%.

Travel to various international locations required up to10%.
