Summary

You will serve as a KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT OFFICER in the DKI APCSS of DDHBAP ASIA PACIFIC CENTER FOR SECURITY STUDIES.

Duties

Help

  • You will design, execute, and sustain a comprehensive enterprise Knowledge Management (KM) strategy that seamlessly integrates people, processes, technology, and governance across all DKI APCSS mission functions.
  • You will serve as principal advisor to Center leadership on enterprise knowledge strategy and organizational learning.
  • You will establish work group mission, vision, and goals aligned with Center policies, objectives and strategic goals.
  • You will plan and prioritize work, assign tasks to subordinates based on capabilities and requirements.
  • You will evaluate performance of subordinates and provide feedback.
  • You will develop and approve performance standards, communicate expectations, and recognize excellent performance Identify and address developmental and training needs of employees.
  • You will integrate organizational processes, collaboration environments, education and engagement systems, and knowledge-sharing practices across all functional areas of the Center.
  • You will establish and enforce advanced standards, policies, and governance frameworks to drive knowledge sharing, foster collaboration, and enhance institutional learning across academic, operational, and administrative domains.
  • You will lead development, implementation, and maintenance of up-to-date training materials, guides, and tutorials to facilitate faculty and staff use of the tools, processes, and technology within the DKI APCSS learning and operational architecture.


Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Aligning and integrating technology-enabled platforms (i.e.: Learning Management Systems and collaboration tools) with complex organizational processes to improve efficiency; 2) Planning, organizing, and directing team-based work and negotiating effectively with management to implement recommendations involving substantial resources or changes to procedures; 3) Planning, establishing, and measuring long-range Knowledge Management goals and objectives; 4) Analyzing organizational structures and business processes to improve sharing, accessibility, and use of information; 5) Applying analytical and evaluative methods to measure knowledge management program effectiveness and ensure compliance with regulations.
