The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experiencedKnowledge Management Leadto supportlogisticsoperations across the Indo-Pacific. The Knowledge Management Lead serves as CACI's senior technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and managing enterprise knowledge management solutions that improve information sharing, collaboration, operational awareness, and decision support. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this position provides strategic leadership for software-enabled knowledge management capabilities supportinglogistics, mission support, operational planning, and distributed operations.
The Knowledge Management Lead works closely with Government stakeholders, program leadership, software developers, data architects, system administrators, and mission partners to develop secure, scalable knowledge management solutions that integrate operational data, automate business processes, and enhance collaboration across multiple organizations. This position ensures knowledge assets are effectively captured, organized, protected, and accessible to support mission execution and continuous operational improvement.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise knowledge management solutions.
Develop software-enabled collaboration platforms supportinglogistics, mission planning, and operational decision-making.
Integrate data from multiple Government and commercial systems into enterprise knowledge repositories.
Design automated workflows, business processes, and collaboration capabilities that improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate with Government stakeholders toidentifyknowledge management and software development requirements.
Lead software development activities supporting knowledge management applications and collaboration tools.
Develop dashboards, reporting capabilities, and data visualizations supporting operational awareness.
Ensure configuration management, version control, and software lifecycle management aremaintained.
Oversee knowledgecapture, document management, taxonomy development, and information governance.
Coordinate with cybersecurity and IT teams to ensure compliance with Government security requirements.
Develop technical documentation, software design documentation, and standard operating procedures.
Lead testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of knowledge management applications.
Mentor software developers and technical personnel while promoting Agile development best practices.
Identifyemerging technologies that improve collaboration, automation, and knowledge sharing.
Promote continuous improvement through user feedback, lessons learned, and software modernization initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum 15 years of experience supporting software development, knowledge management, enterprise collaboration, or information management within Government or Department of Defense environments.
Experience supporting Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations.
Experience leading software development teams delivering enterprise collaboration, workflow automation, or knowledge management solutions.
Demonstrated ability to brief senior Government and military leadership on technical capabilities, software solutions, and operational improvements.
Desired:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, .NET, C#, SQL, Azure, or similar enterprise technologies.
Experience implementing Agile software development methodologies,DevSecOpspractices, and enterprise collaboration platforms supporting mission operations.
Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Azure Developer, Microsoft Power Platform Developer, PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM),SAFeAgilist, Security+, or equivalent technical certifications are preferred.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$110,300 - $242,700About CACI International
