The Role- Lead in-home sales consultations and guide homeowners through design + investment decisions
- Create and present tailored kitchen/bath solutions
- Own the sale from first appointment to signed agreement
- Help create Raving Fans!
- Maintain strong client communication and generate referrals
Who This Is For- You've personally closed $1M+ annually in residential remodeling sales
- You're confident in the home and know how to control a consultation
- You're frustrated by:

Schedule- 1-2 consultations/day, 5 days per week
- Wednesdays: team meeting + coaching (half day)
- 2 Saturdays/month minimum
- Limited evening appointments
Compensation: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
