Lead from the front in a hands-on environment supporting King Air aircraft and other turboprop platforms. As a King Air Maintenance Supervisor, you will guide a team of technicians while ensuring maintenance, inspections, and repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Position SummaryThe King Air Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance activities for King Air and other turboprop aircraft. This includes supervising technicians, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, managing workflow, and supporting the successful and timely completion of aircraft maintenance projects.
This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibility to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality results.
A Day in the LifeYour day may begin by reviewing current work scopes, staffing needs, and project timelines. You will coordinate technician assignments, ensure proper use of technical data, and support troubleshooting efforts on King Air aircraft.
Throughout the day, you will monitor progress, ensure quality standards are met, and provide guidance to technicians. You may step in hands-on when needed, while also communicating with leadership and other departments to keep projects on track.
Essential Job Functions- Supervise and coordinate maintenance, inspection, and repair activities on King Air and turboprop aircraft
- Assign work, monitor productivity, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians on troubleshooting and repairs
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures
- Review and verify maintenance documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Support and mentor technicians, promoting skill development and quality workmanship
- Coordinate with leadership, planning, and other departments to optimize workflow
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Assist with performance feedback and team development
- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Experience:- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 8+ years of aircraft maintenance experience required
- Prior leadership or lead technician experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of FARs 43, 65, 91, 135, and 145
- Experience working on turboprop aircraft required; King Air experience strongly preferred
Licenses:- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
- Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain AOA badge
- Must obtain and retain Elliott Aviation Production Inspector designation

CompensationThe base hourly range for this role is $45.00 USD - $65.00 USD. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of experience levels. Specific compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to; minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience and location.
