CompensationGood Faith Pay Range- Base compensation: $2600 per month
- Commission and performance incentives paid under the dealership's compensation plan.
- Expected total annual earnings:$60,000-$120,000+ for employees meeting performance expectations. Top performers may earn more. Actual earnings will vary based on individual sales performance and other factors.
Responsibilities- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
- Build relationships with customers before and after the sale.
- Follow up on dealership leads and referrals.
- Maintain product knowledge and manufacturer certifications.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
Experience and SkillsRequirements:- Pass a motor vehicle report and possess an acceptable safe driving record.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
