Position SummaryThe Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team is seeking a Key Indicators Delivery Analyst to accelerate the upgrade and delivery of the Key Risk Indicators (KRI) initiative. This role provides dedicated capacity to maintain current reports, support indicator design, data sourcing, documentation, and operationalization of a client-wide KRI dashboard. The analyst will partner closely with the initiative lead and LRR Technology team to drive execution and remove bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare quarterly reports in current cadence and format
- Support KRI program design and implementation
- Drive indicator intake and requirements sessions; capture decisions and action items
- Draft indicator definition sheets using standard templates with version control
- Partner with data owners to identify sources, validate data, and document lineage
- Perform data analysis including trend checks, reasonability checks, and outlier reviews
- Coordinate stakeholder reviews and track follow-ups to closure
- Support recurring reporting operations including refresh, QA, and packaging
- Define automation requirements for self-service tools leveraging NRG or other platforms
- Assist AI dashboard development by building business cases for AI-enhanced dashboards
- Support ERM program management including Incident Reporting, Issues & Actions, and NRG m aintenance
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in risk management, business analysis, data analysis, or reporting operations
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in risk-based metrics and indicator frameworks
- Experience with data management processes (sourcing, mapping, validation, lineage documentation)
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI/visualization tools
- Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to quality and consistency
- Basic knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, data cleani ng)
Preferred Qualifications- Expe rience with GenAI platforms and building automation/agents
- Familiarity with governance frameworks, audit artifacts, and change management processes
- Prior experience in financial services or exchange/market infrastructure environments
- Knowledge of KRI/KPI program design
