Relevant du ou de la gestionnaire de comptes clés, Metro Québec - approvisionnement national, le ou la gestionnaire de comptes clés, magasins affiliés à Metro et pharmacies régionales est responsable de l'atteinte des objectifs de ventes et de profits auprès des bannières de pharmacies régionales (Uniprix, IDA/Guardian/Jean-Coutu/Katz Group/Pharmasave, Adonis, Ami Extra).

Il ou elle supervise l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre des plans d'affaires pour les clients qui lui sont attribués. La candidate ou le candidat sélectionné(e) cherchera à harmoniser et à intégrer les stratégies de catégories et des marques aux stratégies des clients en veillant à bien comprendre les objectifs de rentabilité de PepsiCo Canada afin d'en favoriser l'atteinte.

La candidate ou le candidat doit avoir une connaissance spécialisée des tendances commerciales, de la dynamique du marché, des conditions économiques, du développement des comptes clients, des activités concurrentielles, des leçons apprises de situations antérieures dans la catégorie et d'autres facteurs connexes pour recommander des améliorations ainsi que des solutions novatrices pour les activités commerciales.

Responsabilités

  • Veiller à l'atteinte des objectifs de volume et de profits (revenu net en dollars, contribution marginale en dollars, contribution marginale en pourcentage) d'une manière conforme aux orientations stratégiques de l'organisation.
  • Gérer efficacement le processus de transmission de l'information entre les principaux contacts d'affaires tout en cherchant continuellement à améliorer l'efficacité des systèmes d'exploitation et à assurer une excellente exécution.
  • Déployer le plan d'affaires stratégique 2026 pour améliorer le positionnement de nos marques auprès des consommatrices et consommateurs en tirant parti de notre avantage sur le plan de la compréhension des clients.
  • Développer une connaissance approfondie des stratégies, des plans d'affaires, des pratiques et des processus des clients dans le but d'optimiser les résultats commerciaux.


Qualification

  • Profonde compréhension des conditions de marché qui influencent les résultats du client (obligatoire).
  • Habiletés clés pour réussir : perspective stratégique, planification commerciale, gestion des conflits, communication efficace, gestion de l'influence et connaissances financières.
  • Excellentes habiletés de vente et de négociation.
  • Grandes habiletés en communication interpersonnelle et approche affirmative, proactive et analytique dans un contexte de vente.
  • Capacité à travailler au sein d'une équipe.
  • Expérience diversifiée, notamment dans les domaines des ventes et de la gestion des ventes, ainsi que dans divers réseaux.
  • Cinq années d'expérience en vente, idéalement dans divers secteurs et avec différentes gammes de produits.
  • Bilinguisme requis. La personne pourra travailler à partir de Montreal, mais certains sièges sociaux des clients se trouvent à Mississauga, d'où le besoin de maîtriser le français et l'anglais.
  • Baccalauréat en affaires, un atout.

KAM Metro Affiliated & Regional Drug

Reporting to the KAM METRO QC-National Procurement - Key Account Manager Regional Drug and Metro Affiliated is accountable for the delivery of sales and profit objectives for Regional Drug Banners (Uniprix, IDA/Guardian/Jean-Coutu/Katz Group/Pharmasave, Adonis, Ami Extra).

The KAM is responsible for the effective development and implementation of the customer business plans for the assigned customer. The successful incumbent will endeavor to align and integrate category and brand strategies with customer strategies in an effort to understand and drive profitability objectives for PepsiCo Canada.

The successful incumbent will have expert knowledge of business trends, market dynamics, economic conditions, customer developments, competitive activities, historical category learning's etc. in recommending improvements and innovative solutions to trade based activities

  • Champion the delivery of planned volume and profit objectives (net revenue $, MC $, MC %), in a manner that is consistent with the strategic direction of the business.
  • Efficiently manage information flow between key business contacts while continually striving to improve the effectiveness of operating systems and to facilitate great execution.
  • Bring to life SBP 2026 that will enhance the position of our brands to consumers by leveraging a superior understanding of customers.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer strategies, business plans, practices and processes in order to optimize business results.


Qualifications

  • Required to have a thorough understanding of the marketplace environment impacting the customer. Key skill sets to be successful would include - Strategic Insight, Business Planning, Conflict Management, Savvy Communication, Influence Management and Finance acumen.
  • 5 years Sales experience with a cross-section of industry/portfolio experience.
  • Bilingual English-French REQUIRED as some clients are based in Ontario.
  • Bachelor's degree, Business preferred
  • Strong selling and negotiating skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, an assertive, proactive and analytical approach with a sales background.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Broad based experience in varied disciplines - Sales, Sales Management, Cross-Channel experience.
