Private Segment Leader is responsible for selling GE Healthcare products or services and maintaining relationships with existing named private accounts including complex, high visibility, strategic, or tactically important accounts. Private Segment Leader has specialized knowledge in breadth and/or depth, as well sales experience. Acting as an expert in the field will be necessary to execute the job. Responsible for key commercial targets achievement.

Join us as a Key Account Manager and take ownership of strategic relationships with leading private healthcare clients.

You’ll play a key role in growing existing partnerships and unlocking new opportunities, working closely with decision-makers and delivering high-value solutions across a broad portfolio.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts, expanding revenue through equipment, service, and solution sales

  • Lead the full sales cycle — from opportunity identification to negotiation and deal closure

  • Develop and execute account strategies, supported by market insights and customer feedback

  • Engage with stakeholders across all levels, including clinical users, department heads, and C-level executives

  • Deliver tailored proposals and compelling product presentations aligned with customer needs

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution delivery and customer experience

  • Maintain a strong pipeline and ensure accurate CRM reporting and forecasting
