Commercial Key Account Manager Tirecraft ON, Eastern ON
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with strategic and high-value customers while driving revenue growth through account expansion, retention, and new business development. This role serves as a primary point of contact for key customers and works collaboratively with internal departments to deliver exceptional service, identify opportunities, and support long-term business growth. The Key Account Manager is accountable for maximizing customer lifetime value, increasing retention, and converting target prospects into long-term customers and strategic accounts.
Base salary position with starting wage range of $100,000-120,000.

Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with key and strategic customers, keeping decision-makers engaged and satisfied
- Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and account expansion - consistently hitting sales, margin, and growth targets
- Prospect and develop new high-potential accounts, managing the full sales cycle from discovery to close
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and provide regular reporting on account health and opportunities
Qualifications- Experience in commercial tires, fleet services, or automotive/industrial B2B sales
- A proven track record managing large or strategic accounts with demonstrated sales success
- Strong knowledge of tire applications, maintenance programs, and fleet operations
- Skilled negotiator with solid pricing and contract management experience
- Analytical mindset with comfort using CRM systems and tracking sales performance
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
