To enhance our successful AT&S Americas Sales Team in San José (CA) or Phoenix (AZ), we are looking for a passionate

Key Account Manager

As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the overall defined accounts, operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customer, and coordinating all customer relevant activities within AT&S.

Your Responsibilities
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customer and coordinate all customer relevant activities within AT&S
  • Profit & revenue-responsibility for defined accounts incl. review of budget vs. actual
  • Contract review, pricing and price review in accordance with internal guidelines
  • Optimize accounts in terms of products, growth, price, technology, service & quality
  • Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business


Your Profile
  • At least 5 years of experience in Account Management
  • Commercial/technical education with commercial/technical understanding and long-time experience in Sales & Customer Service
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including Executive and C-level
  • Excellent negotiation, English communication and social skills
  • Experienced in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
