Your Role
As the Key Account Manager, you will lead the various accounts, setting the account strategy and driving the sales and supporting infrastructure to establish a world leading position for the Edwards brand. You will contribute to the growth and capability development of the North America Customer Center and the strategic goals of the Semiconductor Chambers Solutions Division and Vacuum Technique Business Area.
You will:
• Establish, and maintain strong contacts with key accounts at all levels of their organization to foster good working relationships and promote business opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, aligned to the divisional strategy, to build and reinforce target market share and profitability of the accounts.
• Drive market share growth year on year.
• Develop a satisfied customer that allow us to do sustainable business and to fulfil our mission to be first in mind and first in choice.
• Drive account with new products and assure that the new products are immediately introduced.
• CRM, forecasting and inputs to S&OP process. Forecasting of account demand profile for Division.
• Ownership of the Opportunity funnel objectives and account Action Plans.
• Handle major sales and negotiations for the account.
• Coordination of activities between all equipment and service business lines.
• Ownership of the Opportunity funnel objectives and account Action Plans.
• Ensure optimum behavior and performance of the account acting as first point of escalation of business resolution issues.
• Conduct customer negotiations at all levels (fab manager, manager, engineers), utilizing the assistance of other Edwards managers when required to win the business and thereafter maintain continuity throughout the sales and service and after-care activities.
• Report on competitive activities.

You will have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering or relevant discipline or equivalent working experience and atrong background in semi industry or experience in relevant market. Particularly, experience in the Semi Equipment Manufacturing is an advantage. In addition, you will have:
• Proven track record in sales and marketing
• High commercial and technical experience
• Possession of business and financial acumen
• Strategic and conceptual capability to lead and develop a regional business
• Dynamic with strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills

This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere in the U.S. We value results over location and provide the tools and support you need to succeed from any location.
