Position Overview: - Provide on-site speech and language therapy services to a K-12 caseload of approximately 50-55 students.
- Conduct speech-language evaluations, interpret diagnostic results, and develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student success.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary school teams to support communication goals and monitor student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely student records while demonstrating flexibility with school site assignments based on district and student needs.
Qualifications: - Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License (CA-SLP)
- Prior school-based experience or the ability to independently manage a standard school caseload, with flexibility to support various grade levels
- Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus
