Position Overview- Provide specialized instruction and individualized support to students with diverse learning, cognitive, and behavioral needs in resource, inclusive, or self-contained classroom settings.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), monitor student progress, maintain required documentation, and manage caseloads.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, paraprofessionals, and families to support student success and ensure effective implementation of accommodations and interventions.
- Foster a structured, inclusive learning environment that promotes academic growth, positive behavior, and student engagement.
Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
- Active Arizona Special Education Certification (Elementary K-5 or Secondary 6-12)
- Active Arizona Content Area or Generalist Certification for the applicable grade level
- Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience providing special education instruction, case management, and student support preferred
