Leidos Defense Systems is seeking a talented Software Engineer to develop high-performance applications and backend systems supporting advanced sensors and mission systems. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building performant software today while growing into broader system-level and real-time development over time. Primary Responsibilities:In this mission we develop training software solutions for our customers in the area of Unmanned Aerial Systems simulation. We use our skills to design and implement new features, fix bugs, perform peer reviews, write tests, analyze new technologies and best practices, and collaborate with other teammates. We develop solutions in C++, .NET, and C#. The team follows Agile software practices, shares a passion for solving complex problems, delivering exceptional software, improving software development processes, and exceeding customer expectations.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of applicable experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET Clearance.
