Junior Software Engineer (AI-Native Development Program)ROLE SNAPSHOT- Pay: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00
- Location/Schedule: Remote (United States), Full-Time
- Purpose: Launch your software engineering career while contributing to meaningful technology initiatives through mentorship, hands-on development, and continuous learning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate with experienced software engineers on internal technology initiatives.
- Use modern AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed and quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications and services.
- Assist with integrations, automation initiatives, and process improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Create and maintain software documentation and operational procedures.
- Learn modern development, testing, deployment, and security practices.
- Continuously expand technical capabilities through mentorship and hands-on experience.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS- Foundational software development knowledge through education, self-study, coding bootcamps, military technology programs, personal projects, or professional experience.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
- Strong curiosity and desire to learn.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with one or more modern programming languages.
- Familiarity with Git, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, or web technologies.
- Experience building personal, academic, freelance, or open-source projects.
- Participation in coding bootcamps, military technology programs, or technical training initiatives.
