HazTek is seeking Safety Specialists near Ashburn, VA to support our growing commercial construction projects. If you’re passionate about making an impact, driving compliance, and building a culture where every worker goes home safe, we want you on our team.

 

• Support all aspects of commercial construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance
• Conduct daily safety meetings
• Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
• Ensure all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Daily safety audits and inspections
• Inspect power tools and heavy equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5+ years of direct construction safety experience required
• Active OSHA 30 in Construction required
• Active OSHA 510 and or OSHA 500 is preferred
• First Aid/CPR certified
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards
• Working knowledge of data centers, mission critical builds, and or pharmaceutical safety protocols
• Experience in Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and/or Excavation is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written skills

Pay Range$85,000 - $110,000 Travel | RelocationLocal Only - No travel, per diem or relocation is offered for this opportunity
