THE ROLEThe Digital Transformation Group (DTG) is looking for an early-career Project Manager to support the rollout and operationalization of our AI-Led Software Development Lifecycle (AI-Led SDLC) framework across the organization.
In this role, you'll help turn an ambitious AI transformation strategy into coordinated execution. You'll work closely with engineering teams, product managers, domain owners, and the Program Management Office (PMO) to keep the rollout moving, maintain visibility into progress and risks, and help integrate new AI-enabled ways of working across engineering teams.
This is an opportunity to build hands-on project management experience at the intersection of AI, engineering, and large-scale transformation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Coordinate the rollout of AI-Led SDLC capabilities across Requirements Engineering, Delivery Engineering, Quality Engineering, Production Intelligence, and Risk Intelligence
- Support program timelines and the phased deployment of specialized AI agents and new AI-enabled workflows
- Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, action items, and other mechanisms that keep the program organized and moving
- Coordinate across engineering teams, platform owners, product managers, and the PMO to support clear communication, alignment, and follow-through
- Track delivery metrics and program readiness to provide visibility into progress, dependencies, and potential risks
- Prepare clear status updates, reporting, and executive summaries for program stakeholders and leadership
- Support the integration of new AI-enabled processes into existing engineering workflows and team structures
- Gather feedback and delivery signals to help identify opportunities to continuously improve the operating model
WHAT YOU BRING- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Early-career experience in project or program coordination, ideally within a software development, engineering, IT, or other technical environment
- Exposure to software development lifecycles, technical projects, or engineering workflows
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing timelines, trackers, action items, documentation, or project reporting
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and follow through on competing priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in developing project management skills and working with methodologies such as Agile
- Genuine interest in AI and how AI-powered tools can improve software development, team workflows, and productivity
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools, AI-enabled workflows, or AI-related projects is a plus
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$102,000-$153,000 USD
