Everforth ECS is seeking a Junior Project Manager to work in our Fairfax, VA office in a hybrid onsite/remote capacity.

Everforth ECS is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support technical initiatives for a Department of War (DoW) customer, including the integration and implementation of new analytic capabilities into enterprise systems.

This role is ideal for an organized, technically curious professional who enjoys working with technical teams and customers in a fast-paced environment. The Junior Project Manager will work alongside senior project and technical leaders to coordinate activities, track priorities and milestones, maintain project documentation, and help ensure successful delivery of mission capabilities. The successful candidate will interact with DoW stakeholders, technical teams, commercial vendors, and federal contractors while gaining hands-on experience managing complex technical projects. The Junior Project Manager will report directly to the Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in translating mission objectives into project plans, tasks, and milestones.
  • Track project priorities, schedules, risks, action items, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate activities across customers, engineers, integrators, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Support data integration, technology onboarding, and deployment activities.
  • Organize and facilitate customer and project team meetings.
  • Prepare project status updates, meeting notes, briefings, and other documentation.
  • Identify potential risks and blockers and work with project leadership to resolve them.
  • Support coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and technology partners.
  • Help maintain project plans and technical delivery milestones.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000
