Qualifications

• J.D. from a reputable law school, barred in MA or a reciprocal state.
• 1-3 years of experience in commercial law.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate various commercial contracts including procurement and reseller agreements.
• Provide strategic advice on commercial contract issues under tight deadlines.
• Review and analyze contractual agreements for non-standard terms and risks.
• Collaborate closely with sales, finance, marketing, and executive teams.
