Description

As part of our continued growth, Infinidat is seeking a highly motivated attorney to join our fast-growing enterprise data storage company and its expanding US legal team. The successful candidate will provide practical, timely and high quality legal advice with regards to customer facing agreements and other contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Skillfully draft and negotiate a diverse range of commercial contracts and other formal documentation, including but not limited to procurement contracts, master purchasing agreements, OEM agreements, reseller contracts, and NDA's.
  • Advise on various commercial contract issues, with the ability to meet tight deadlines including in response to RFP's and RFI's.
  • Review and analyze agreements with a keen eye for detail and ability to identify and explain non-standard terms and associated risks to key internal stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales operations, finance, marketing, sales partner and technology alliances, and executive management.

Requirements

  • J.D. from a well-recognized institution, barred and in good standing in MA or a state with reciprocity to MA.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in practicing commercial law.
  • Practical experience in a high tech or technology company preferred.
  • Experience working with an international company preferred.
  • Self-driven, independent with support, thorough, and eager learner.
  • Highest ethics and integrity.
  • Strength and proven ability in influencing and negotiation.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
