Job Description: Bradford Construction currently has an opportunity for a Junior Project Manager. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with 2-4 years of experience who is looking to continue developing their skills within the Construction Management industry in New York City.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in ensuring quality, performance, and compliance in both design and construction by all consultants and vendors.
  • Support the coordination of schedules, phasing, and planning to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and assist in implementing timely solutions.
  • Work closely with contractors, architects, and construction managers to address design and construction challenges.
  • Review and process change orders, contract documents, and shop drawing submittals to maintain project compliance.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to track project status and address any field issues.
  • Assist in resolving construction-related problems and providing recommendations to senior project managers.
  • Ensure adherence to NYC building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, reports, and field records.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management is required, 3-4 years is preferred.
  • Experience working with public agencies is preferred, but a willingness to learn and interest in public projects is required.
  • Familiarity with construction project scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
