Our work directly shapes a thriving employee experience, fuels organizational growth, and ensures our people strategy is truly data-driven.
ABOUT THE JOB

The People Data Analyst owns the reporting and data quality foundation that enables our People Analytics team to deliver insights across Talent Acquisition and People Operations. You'll work closely with our Senior Analysts - learning how upstream data work translates into downstream strategy while owning your own deliverables from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Provide critical support to the Senior People Data Analysts by executing standard data runs, owning reporting requests, and maintaining operational continuity across both TA and People Ops domains.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries against our data warehouse to extract, clean, and prepare datasets for analysis.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform minor enhancements on existing dashboards to ensure they remain accurate, functional, and up to date.
  • Own the execution of regular data quality audits across core systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS), identifying discrepancies and coordinating with internal systems admin teams to correct input errors.
  • Manage the intake and fulfillment of standard, internal ad-hoc data requests from various cross functional teams ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or HR operations role.
  • Solid proficiency in SQL for data extraction, joining tables, and data manipulation.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, index/match, formulas, data cleaning).
  • Hands-on experience navigating and utilizing business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for data visualization and report generation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of identifying data discrepancies and running quality assurance checks on large datasets.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Familiarity with HR systems and data structures (e.g., Greenhouse ATS, Gem CRM, Rippling, Workday).
  • Basic understanding of core HR and recruiting metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, retention).
