Job DescriptionMission Technologies' Cyber & Intelligence team is seeking a highly skilled
Cyber Planners to support a high-impact mission at Fort Meade. In this critical role, you will provide strategic guidance and advanced operational planning expertise to enhance cyberspace capabilities and strengthen joint mission integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive mission readiness and ensure effective execution across the cyberspace domain.
This role is part of a pending contract proposal. We are actively interviewing to identify qualified candidates in anticipation of a successful award.Essential Job Responsibilities• Lead and support planning teams and working groups, driving the development and integration of cyberspace capabilities into operational plans.
• Develop concepts of support and courses of action, integrate internal and external capabilities, and coordinate comprehensive planning efforts.
• Provide situational awareness and contribute to a range of projects, crisis response activities, and ongoing operational efforts.
• Develop and review plans and guidance to ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives and support effective execution and resource allocation.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of cyber threats, attack methodologies from state and non-state actors, and vulnerabilities within defended networks.
Minimum Qualifications- 0-9+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field OR
- 0-7+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field OR
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 4-13 years relevant experience
- Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration
Preferred Requirements- Provides operational expertise to mission partner in the planning, developing, and executing of cyberspace operations.
- Ensures Strategic, Operational, and tactical alignemnt of Plans and Orders as well as development of technologies/TTPs focused on offensive and defensive methods of threat mitigation.
- Conducts mission analyses internally and externally (to mission partners) to ensure that requirements and activities are formulated and executed to operational needs.
- Manages the development and submission of Plans, Orders, After Action Reports.
