What You'll Be Responsible ForAs a Junior Director of Learner Services, you will support a caseload with a focus on clinical outcomes and case health. Responsibilities include:
• Participating in a minimum of 20 supervision hours per week
• Supporting the clinical oversight of your caseload
• Collaborating with families and team members to ensure quality care experiences
• Learning to lead and engage with both clients and technicians
• Focusing on clinical growth without the burden of scheduling logistics
What We're Looking For• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or recent graduates eligible for certification
• Experience in early intervention, center-based ABA, or school readiness preferred but not required
• Commitment to high-quality, ethical ABA practices
• Collaborative mindset and a passion for working with families
• Interest in professional growth and contributing to a positive team culture
