We are currently looking for a full-time data analysis and visualization expert to help improve strategic and operational performance and increase business process transparency for our Grand Prairie, Texas location. This person will be responsible for identifying and mining data, performing statistical analyses, applying visualization techniques, and building high quality visualization systems.
An ideal candidate would be a self-motivated individual who possesses high initiative, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for deriving business decisions using data analytics and visualization. You will make an impact by: - Support, maintain, and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for all aspects of manufacturing
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational challenges and develop scripted solutions
- Perform business, operational, and engineering data analysis, and deliver consumable reports to stakeholders
- Assess the data needs of projects and ad-hoc requests, perform exploratory data analysis, identify data patterns, assess data quality, and develop compelling data visualizations and insights
- Locate and correct data problems
- Communicate with both technical and non-technical teams to understand business processes and promote data driven decision making
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors in any Engineering, Data Science, or Computer Science related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of related experience in data analytics and visualization
- Strong ability to analyze data using SQL, Tableau and Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) analytical tools like KNIME (preferred) or Altryex etc.
- Development experience using any scripting language (PHP, Python, C#, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of visual design
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with Data Science, Machine Learning and AI concepts
- Experience developing applications using low-code platforms like Mendix and working with Snowflake as a data source
- Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP

The pay range for this position is $67,544 - $115,790 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
