JOB DESCRIPTION

 Responsibilities

  • Provide regional support as the Strategic Initiatives partner for JPM Advisors (JPMA), consulting  on product sales strategy and prioritization, investment insights and advice

  • Work directly with Wealth Partners focused on HNW and UHNW clients to support driving AUM and revenue growth, and partner with them to address specific client needs, providing investments and product advice and expertise, and meeting with clients as appropriate

  • Gather field feedback and drive product and investments prioritization and strategy

  • Provide field the tools and advice to execute strategy with clients

 

  • Participate in advisor recruiting as need, providing insight on product and investment capabilities

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

 

  • Bachelor's Degree 

  • Series 7, Series 66 licenses

  • 15+ years in financial services industry (Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Product Management, Investment Sales, Research) 

  • Strong understanding of defined consulting and benefits in the retirement space

  • Working knowledge of regulatory landscape 

  • Team-oriented with ability to interact effectively with individuals at varying levels of the organization with different responsibilities 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to execute on multiple objectives simultaneously in a demanding environment
